Regular physical activity is good for everyone’s health and people of all ages and body types. The American College of Sport’s Medicine (ACSM) recommends that adults get at least 150 minutes of moderately to vigorously intense physical activity each week. You can spread this activity out over 30-minute increments, five days a week, or you can accumulate activities in bouts of 10 minute increments.May Health Well-Being Tip 2017
